I recieved my new mobo Gaming 5 and installed the computer with all the new components.
I7-4790K
SLI MSI 970 gtx
512 crucial ssd
2 x seagate 2T
dvd wr
1866 corsair memory 16g
1000 watt be quiet power
Now it didnt worked at all i, my keyboard and mouse didnt light up and after 10 sec the pc reboots. so i called my supplier and he told me to watch my socket.
so i checked it and there was missing one pin. they dont want to take this in waranty stuff because it cant be proved it is own damage. Now i put like 25 pc's in one every month. and never had this issue.
What i dont understand is why can they take the blame on the customer? there is always a chance it is a factory fault. Even if you see the damage before you assemble the pc, you dont have any word against the shop.
My question is, does someone have this issue to? and can i get a new socket in the worst scenario?
