Software install for TV@nywhere

The registration screen for MSIPVS fails to recognize the serial number of my TV@nywhere, reporting a severe error that the serial number is incorrect. Has anyone had the same problem, and what was the fix?

I found the serial number on the installation CD. Use this number instead of the serial number of the PCI card.
