Software issues.

Hello,

I bought a brand new desktop PC. As soon as I started using it, I noticed that when I put the computer to sleep I can't wake it up by clicking on keyboard or mouse. I tried everything, but failed.
In addition, from time to time I get a blue screen saying "Your PC ran into a Problem".

Should I reset the computer? and if I do would I be able to keep the pre-installed software that was already installed?.

Before you do anything, try the following.
Open Command prompt as admin and type the following.
sfc /scannow
This will check the integrity of your windows installation and repair any corrupted files. This should save on a reset.
