Solutions to majority of problems related to Restore/ Recovery / MSI F3 factory Reset

I bought a new flash drive, added there files from above links to it, and then I tried to boot from it, but I got an error: "Reagentc.exe set OS image false"

This can be because of the ongoing Secure Boot Certificate Change. I believe I read something about this.

After all forums found out, that the only way is to reinstall windows from flash-drive. All MSI programms gone, installed msi center, ss for keyboard and msi true color, but in F3 menu disappeared option msi recovery system. How to add it again?

I am out here because I don't use the MSI recovery.
