Happy to learn you solved the issue ... anyway I wouldn't blame too much MSI.
The issue seems NOT to affect everyone and anyway they provided a solution; here we are only speeding up access to *their* solution.

Hi,

as per the title after I upgraded my MEG Z490 Godlike motherboard's led firmware, I noticed the Dynamic Dashboard II is not powering up at all and do not react to any command in Dragon Center's Mystic Light Dynamic Dashboard II panel. Also the RAM is not available anymore in Dragon Center's Mystic Light.

I still can retrieve the MB LED FW version, so I think the hardware is still working and re-flashing is still possible.
Here my firmware/software versions
BIOS MS-7C70 1.2.0
MB LED FW LED_0F OLED_0D
Dragon Center 2.0.82.0
Mystic Light 1.0.0.92

Is there any method to re-flash/downgrade the motherboard's led firmware?
Any hint is appreciated.

buenos días, a mi me pasa lo mismo, el Dashboard no se enciende. He, desinstalado mystic light y volviendolo a instalar y nada, el resto de efectos de luz de la placa base funcionan y puedo cambiarlos pero el dashboard no. Gracias por la ayuda.

the same thing happens to me, the Dashboard does not turn on. I have uninstalled mystic light and reinstalled it and nothing, the rest of the light effects of the motherboard work and I can change them but the dashboard does not. Thanks for the help.

yes, at the beghining all work fine but after update something (I make a clean full instalation of windows 10 and all the drivers) the dashboard dont show anything.
