I am experiencing the same issue. After installing the LED FW Update in Dragon Center, the Dynamic Dashboard OLED is now off, and changing the settings in Dragon Center does not seem to turn it back on. I've attempted to clear CMOS, but that has not resolved the issue. Can someone help?

Thanks!
Check PM and let us know if you solved the issue.

I am having the same issue. Was working perfectly fine yesterday and now to day no LEDs??
Do you mean no "Dynamic Dashboard II"? that is an OLED ...
LEDs are a different story (power led, EZ Debug led, CPU power led etc)
Do you have a Z490 motherboard?

Hello. Sorry to post the most redundant reply here but I have come across the same problem. After updating this firmware my dynamic dashboard froze on the animation it was on. After turning off the power to see if that would fix it, it's now gone dark. On top of that, it appears to have made some of my RGB case fans go dark as well! I have reached out to MSI support for help but have not yet gotten a response from them.

Edit: I received a response from MSI technical support and was referred to RMA the motherboard. I would prefer to not disassemble everything and send it out. :|

Please note that for me the issue was just with Dynamic Dashboard II; at the time I had the issue I had no RGB connected to the motherboard so I cannot tell you if the issue was extended to those RGB as well.
Also lately MSI support is asking to RMA the motherboard ... I have no idea why. Maybe they just want a sample to better understand the issue or they found some problem with the tool.
If your ticket is not yet closed, please consider to ask them why they want to RMA ... and that you heard about a tool that can solve the issue.

Thank you so much for your help! The dynamic dashboard II is working again and my fans are back up in full RGB glory! You seriously saved me from taking my system apart and sending in my MOBO for an RMA which would have brought me down from gaming for over a week and from dropping money on replacing fans that didn't need to be replaced. I will still follow up with MSI regarding this issue as it appears to be a widespread issue. Thank you again!

Please be patient, I noted your posts anyway I am waiting some clarification.
Thanks
Are you asking for more information on the issue?

If so I am having the same problem of when I upgraded my MEG Z490 Godlike motherboard's led firmware, I noticed the Dynamic Dashboard II is not powering up at all and does not react to any command in Dragon Center's Mystic Light Dynamic Dashboard II panel.

Also thank you for helping.
