Some key on keyboard didnt work

My PC is MSI C11M. My right SHIFT key, right CTRL key, and all ARROW key didn't work after i test on MSI center. What to do then?

If the keys are not working in every apps, try to do EC reset first.
shutdown the laptop and unplug the AC > long press the power button for over 25 seconds > plug in the AC and power on the laptop

  • Connect a USB keyboard to see if the issue persists. If external keyboard works fine, it indicates a hardware problem with the built-in keyboard
