MSI TomHawk Very slow startup​

The serial number on the box doesn't work on their stupid website ticket and I am not gonna unplug 4090 and move everything just to see this number so I can get support. the serial number on the box should be enough to get, it's not like I get money from them!

someone who has MSI X670E TOMHAWK can u send MSI web ticket saying there is issue with HDD, they fixed it for other mobo, so it happens on all their mobos and someone got a beta test bios which fixed it and went to the official bios

Have a look near the ATX power connector, the additional three digit CHK code (in addition to the serial no.) was on a sticker.

I can't reach it, I need to unplug the GPU and do this. as it happens to other MSI motherboards they just need to release the same bios firmware fix inside this specific motherboard. I just need someone who has the serial already to tell them there is issue.
