Within Specs infact that is over Performing if anything Should be Upto 4900MB/s Read and Upto 4400MB/s Write so its over Performing if anything here its not Low its actually Higher then Expected.

is it a M460 and not a M480 as the reads on that are more in line with the 480 Version?

Apologies, it's the Spatium M482. Advertised as 7300 read and 6400 write

What M.2 port is it in

You will need to speak to Gigabyte and see if ther are any limations but I can tell you if it is on the Chipset controller it is running at correct speed
as it will not perform as well if on the Chipset compared to the CPU M.2 Controller
