I have bought a MSI graphics card a 5070 gaming trio 12GB and there is a promo for it for 40,- for a steam code, or steam wallet.
And i have registered the product like it should, And a S/N for the product. Get a anwser back that:

Reden：Please provide SN on the product itself, not colorbox SN. I have it from the GPU it self, and its the same as the box it self. Also i have the Proof of purchase, added in the request itself.

Yup, we're unable to help with promos. Contact MSI about it.
 
Funny thing is that they never said that they needed a picture of the SN code from the GPU itself, just saying every time that they need the code. Communication is really top here. I messaged another part of MSI, and they told me that they needed a picture of the SN on the GPU. Anyways, cheers, I have redeemed it again, and hopefully this is sufficient.

Correct Photo of the entire Serial number label on the GPU and a Photo of the Receipt from a authorised Seller in your Country of Purchase. If purchased overseas or from a non-authorised seller, it will be rejected
Photo must show the entire Barcode, Serial number and CHK
IF Any part of the serial number label is missing or covered it will be rejected
