Make sure you have used the Removal tool to complete the Removal of the MSI centre or Dragon centre before installing the stand-alone apps
The test has revealed that if you have both installed at the same time in Windows it will not work correctly

Gaming App 6 worked with my system in my signature before I upgraded to my RTX GPU if that helps anyone.
