Start to black screen after last win update

Im trying switch off the laptop by pressing power button for more than 30s. Then laptop starts to black screen again (no logo on start). It seems to be still in sleep mode.

I cant access BIOS.

Then just unplug the AC adapter for 24 hours, then try again.
