Hi there, I have had this problem in the past but up until last saturday it hasnt occured. When I go to shut down my computer it normally shuts down fine, after saturday when I disconnected everything to move things around and after attempted to turn on the PC, the fan would just come on and there would be no display, no boot sequence or anything; I also ran into the issue of the computer randomly locking up but have found the solution to that so far.
Now I have to wait a few hours with the power disconnected before I can boot my pc up again, I also notice the led's for the 'vga, ram and cpu' blink inside during the initial turn on sequence prior to it booting and not doing so. There is also a blue led that blinks after forcing the power off.
Now I have been told this is a problem with the OS and to do a factory reset to solve the problem, I was wondering if there are any other solutions to this issue, or a better way where I can cycle the power properly to boot the pc quicker.
