Title.
Hey guys, I recently bought the new Stealth 16 AI and confused by this problem.Enabling and disabling the Hybrid/Discrete setting will engage bitlocker to lock my drive and force me to enter the recovery key.(By the way, the key was too loooooongo_O).
I tried to update BIOS(E15F4IMS.102->E15F4IMS.105), but every time I confirmed the bios update(Step 7) and then the system automaticlly restart, it go straight to the Windows system with nothing happen and no bios updated.
Any idea to solve this?

Perform EC reset, then update BIOS again.
1. Turn off the the laptop.
2. Remove the AC adapter.
3. Long press the power button over 25 seconds.
Note: To confirm whether the EC reset is complete, press the power button and make sure that the system will not power on; if the system boots up after pressing the power button, return to step 3 and do the EC reset again.
4. Connect the AC adapter.
5. Power on the laptop.

Thanks for your kindly help. I have successfully update the BIOS to E15F4IMS.105. Unfortunately, the problem still, bitlocker still tend to lock my laptop after switching the graphic mode. I know one way to solve this is to disable bitlocker but I really need it.

Update. In order to prevent the computer display the BitLocker Recovery console. Should I change the default settings of "Configure TPM platform validation profile for BIOS-based firmware configurations" in Windows Group Policy? I have to mention that I reinstalled windows once and I don't know if this influnce the default values of Platform Configuration Registers(PCR). Any suggestions?

No knowledge about this. But I would be very careful with Group Policy's. Read this and decide.
You are right.
My further investigation found these two website [1][2] show the problem that seems the same as I met. Sysinfo shows PCR 7 configuration "binding not possible". Dell's support said it is expected behavior, but the problem remains. Seems that I can do nothing but wait for a bios update.

Update.
Worse still, after I managed to update the BIOS, when switching the graphic mode even my windows hello become unavaliable. I have to login through my microsoft account and reset all the windows hello settings. Though I finally managed to bind PCR7,but seems it isn't the point.

Windows Hello is a Microsoft-known issue. At this moment, we need to wait until Microsoft fix the issue.

Bitlocker behavior is due to hardware configuration changes. Intel Graphics adapter will be disabled when switching to Discrete graphics mode. If you want to prevent the behavior, I am afraid that you need to disable Bitlocker.
Update.
Following my contact with MSI support, they confirmed that Bitlocker's behavior is their default setting and that Windows Hello was a bug. However, a few days later, they provided me with a special edition BIOS that circumvented the limitation.
It(The BIOS) was intended to bypass Bitlocker's recovery mode, but it also inadvertently resolved the Windows Hello bug. I assume that by the default setting, after changing graphic mode, TPM can't release the key it stores. Not only BitLocker and Windows Hello, but also the Microsoft Store account and other disk encryption software like BitLocker that rely on TPM would go wrong(Whether I turn on bitlocker or not).
