Steam Codes Redemption for Purchase of Monitor not available?

I bought a monitor in early November that was eligible to a $40 steam code but after registering it in my account today and going to the "Promotions" tab, I cannot find a way to redeem the code and fill out the form. I tried following the instructions from the website but it doesn't appear to be an option for me. The promotion is still being advertised at : https://ca.msi.com/Promotion/5th-anniversary-monitor-celebration-2021

BUY MONITORS AND GET STEAM CODES
Eligible Purchase Period: 15th Oct. 2021 – 15th Nov. 2021 or while stocks last
Redemption Period: 29th Oct. 2021 – Dec 13th 2021

My purchase, registration and redemption are all within the dates of the promotion so I'm wondering why I can't access it. Would like to get some help ASAP as the deal is about to expire. Thanks for the help!

I am having the same problem - I purchased a new gaming monitor that is eligible under the "Dark Night, Shining Vibes Promotion". I correctly registered the product but I am unable to redeem on the Promotions page. Some help from MSI will be appreciated!

Nothing can really be done here. It deals with MSI's marketing department. So you'll need to contact MSI directly about it. We're mainly here just for technical help with hardware and such.

I have contacted MSI's marketing department but I've been getting nothing but a run around.

I submitted a ticket and received a reply to contact Tom in North America. I called and tried to get a hold of Tom but he's refusing to speak to me because he's not responsible for marketing.

I spoke to another agent - they told me that I am eligible for the promotion but there's nothing they can do about it. I was given an alternative email to contact.

Horrible customer service - horrible deceptive marketing.

Totally agree.
Trust me, if there was something more I could do about that situation, I would. But even the contacts that I do have would only forward it on to the marketing department.....
It's crappy, but even I've just given up trusting that I'll get any kind of promotion from them. :/
