storage drive not working

storage drive not working I have tried 2 hardrives I think it is the ribbon thats connects
the hardrive to the motherboard I have a msi g72 6qd g laptop

only one drive showing up in the bois the ssd drive my storage drive is not showing up

You should update the BIOS and EC firmware first.
