Strange Issue with Force GC30

Hi!

I've just purchased a Force GC30 controller and some strange issues are happening: for example in FIFA18 the "A" button works as the "B" button (and viceversa in all cases), the "X" as the "Y"; "LB" and "RB" as ""LT" and "RT" and even de "Back" button as the "Start"

Is there a way to configure this properly or am I doing something wrong?

I just fixed this issue for myself. I was using a powered 3.0 usb hub at the time of the problem. Now I am using a 2.0 usb port on the motherboard and it works fine.

This is the issue. My controller wasnt properly showing up and working at all. I would only get the four lights instead of two and wasnt able to change the mode. This was all down to having it connected to my front PC case USB points.

AS soon as i plugged it into a back port it worked fine. Just updating this in case anyone else has the issue and it googling.
