What suggestion you got then?
They said that I must change SSD to Factory SSD (put 2 SSD and re-do RAID 0 settings), then they will see what to do next if the problem persist. So I am looking for Kingston A2000 or SanDisk SSD they are hard to find it in my country (I want to avoid samsung it has a driver problems I doubt)

Th
I have a GT72s 6QE that has the same CPU (i7 6820HK) with a button switch on the notebook to change gpu's and it does the same reboot process to use the intel graphics chip.
When installing a new system you have to specially boot into windows to install the intel graphics driver then reboot to the Nvidia graphcs card to use that. So its Normal.
If you have 1 only PCIE Nvme m.2 SSD in your system and want to run RAID 0 then you have to have two exactly the same PCIe Nvme m.2 SSD's.
In a video i just watched with GT73 VR 6RF TITAN Pro system dissembling it showed that you had two PCIe Nvme m.2 slots and one sata3 slot which you can also swap out the mechanical drive for a 2.5" form factor Samsung SSD. (The mechanical drive if exist is a performance issue/bottleneck).
I got MSI to install a samsung EVO plus 2TB PCIe Nvme m.2 ssd into my new notebook and also had a Samsung 850 pro 1TB ssd that i installed myself swapping out the mechanical drive.
About 4 minutes into this clip shows what connections you have.
The problem I did, is putting 1 SSD NVME without disabling RAID 0.

Exactly. I must buy x2 Kingston A2000 and reconfigure RAID 0 and do a fresh install... I guess it should work
I will avoid Samsung SSD next time
actual situation 1x SAMSUNG NVME in AHCI + NVME drivers
and all is OK :-) or any NVME 2x "in RAID0"

Samsung is problematic in RAID -or need advanced config

any RAID
BIOS/ADVANCED
SATA CONTROLLER -
AHCI or RST

RST --RAID ---have sub-menu for customize

,.when need raid --must create RAID0 disk configuration "1+1" -1storage
or UN-configured raid -- AHCI "but think SAMSUNG need -direct AHCI MODE"

I GPU = 2 HOURS BATTERY
D GPU = 45 MINUTES BATTERY
Yes it is true ,.,.,my is similar
1.30 -possitible on d/gpu + custom CPU

but take that on i-gpu -- only kill thermal paste on CPU
and CPU performance is EXTREME LIMITED --no performance

my custom "when using d-gpu + cpu"
100w cpu / 125w gpu --no overheat / static clock

and original 45w + igpu -- overheat all time
- similar performance --my old HP :cheesy:

and big GT --works only on AC / 90-100./. battery level
,.,.small desktop

,.,.for this set custom POWER SCHEME IN WINDOWS
BALANCED on battery /// more battery SLIDER
5-95./. min max state --800mhz-BASE clock 2.7ghz "example"
1h-1.30 --possitible

i using two profiles

one STATIC clock LOCK "high performance"
AC -100 -100
BATTERY - 95 -95./. CPU STATE "similar EC limit // battery protection"

////
and ADAPTIVE CLOCK -range 800mhz -4.5ghz + slider "more battery" 5 -100./. CPU STATE
and battery 800-2.7ghz "balanced" + slider "more battery" 5 -95./. CPU STATE

,,.,. my setup -raid0 + hdd "stripe 16kb - custom space/speed"

one more problem with GT NB + native d-gpu when switching - i-gpu ,,.. sometimes destroys the drivers !!!

GT + nvidia --install only NVIDIA DRIVERS
use this mode ,..,forever --my recommended

when need better battery "set custom power scheme" :-)

I think what they meant is that you should use the SSD modules that tested by MSI, not how you form the SSD.
Make sure you confirm what they mean before purchasing the SSD.

Also, make sure the SSD modules you use is from the list provided by MSI (you can ask they for the compatible list).
Otherwise you may run into the compatibility issues.

Oh man. Do you have a list for tested SSD???

OK man. You have right. I will let the laptop on Nvidia mode.
