Good day, I am very happy with my Strike Pro Wireless keyboard. However, I don't find the LEDs very bright. Even at the maximum setting, they are barely visible in daylight. Would it be possible to increase the maximum brightness with an MSI software update?

If you have already set to maximum brightness in Mystic Light, there is nothing else you can do to increase the brightness.
Can you take a photo of it so people with the same keyboard can compare the brightness with yours?

Thank you for your response! I considered replacing the original keycaps with shine-through ones, but I think the original caps are so beautiful. Besides, I don't know if that would make much of a difference. strike pro desk light on.jpegstrike pro wireless desk light off monitor off.jpegstrike pro wireless and mystic light desk light on l.jpeg

Shine-through keycaps should help to improve the brightness.
Have you tried to remove the keycaps? If the LEDs are north-facing, they could be blocked by the upper housing of the keycaps.
When sitting in front of the keyboard (looking from a lower angle upward), the light could look dimmer.
Also, from your picture, it seems that the mounting plate is solid not translucent right?

If I am correct the leds are north facing and the mounting plate is solid
Then you can try some shine-through keycaps.

Btw, you used the wrong side of the keycap puller, you should use the wire side to slide under the keycap to pull it off safely.
The other side that has two metal prongs are used to squeeze the small tabs on the top and bottom of a mechanical switch to pull it out of a hotswappable keyboard.

I wanted to purchase

extra keyboard anyway and opted for the MSI Forge GK 320. I swapped the keycaps with those from the Srike Pro and I am happy with the result.
