Stuttering sound

I have also tried and It Worked like a charm dude, Thanks @Anton Chigurh

For this only Issue I have installed the previous version of the Windows, I am having MSI Titan 18HX. I have been facing the stuttering sound issue from the next week after purchase, so after hitting and trial for 2 weeks the most stable thing I found is to install the windows 23h2 instead of 25h2.

What windows version you are using?

Installed this version because it seems newer in the ms site that he shared. make sure to install the intelliGo APO only not the SOUND drivers. This is what I did and worked for me.
My device is this

Ever since I reformated and installed the drivers from MSI website (not windows update) I have been facing the issue far less (for ~1 month 1-3 times per day random few second audiodg crashes).

However, about a week ago I installed the very latest intelligo driver, as suggested by @Anton Chigurh (I wanted to check the latest version) and to my surprize even those few crashes have completely vanished! I cannot grasp WHY MSI does not update the available drivers at the official website.. This problem has been around for ~6 months or more.. Ever since the first release of win11 25h2..

The crashes are gone, but the stuttering is back.. tried several drivers and didnt make a difference.. the older ones, makes it crash the audiodg.exe but the newer ones don't.
Tried Lasso, but that didn't make a difference. so idk anymore.. think it's the windows 25h2 version.. I know 26H2 is coming soon, and don't really want to go back to 23H2
Very Frustrating, that MSI doesn't do anything about it.. They just close the ticket and tell you to sent it in for a Mobo repair..
MSI lost another customer with this bs.. next gamer laptop will be an Asus again.

Maybe you have conflicting drivers... Maybe 1 of the steps you did earlier to fix this messed it up a bit..

If I were you I would try formating the offline method (create USB installation media with rufus), and when you boot offline manually install all drivers in the proper order.

Chipset --> graphics (latest exe versions from Intel and Nvidia) --> ..... --> audio.

Last audio driver should be intelligo from Microsoft update catalog (not MSI website). Then, I would advice you to disable getting driver updates from windows update (group policy editor), restart and connect to the internet.

This intelligo driver truly fixes the issues, if installed properly.

Am I not supposed to install the other audio drivers? Only the intelligo and sound enhancement
If you don't install the other audio drivers, audio won't work. As I already mentioned you install EVERY audio driver from msi website, EXCEPT intelligo. You install that last from microsoft update catalog.

I have successfully installed the latest IntelliGo driver version 100.1.4.2718 and updated all my drivers using SDI to their latest versions. As a result, all sound issues have been resolved! At least, that's the case after my initial check. I will continue to monitor the situation and use the laptop more. Finally, after almost a year, it has become "usable."

What is SDI ? Also, 2718 driver is only for windows 10 according to this: https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=intelligo&p=0

Edit: SDI seems to be Snappy Driver installer.

Did you install older versions from this one?

Also, I see there are tons of newer versions of all of the drivers
But looking at thew Realtek Gaming drivers, it suggest installing windows 10 drivers ????????

Same with those Intel Drivers for Rapid Storage.. seems odd to me?

thanks. didnt have 2026 behind the search. now i see them

did some more digging in that tool, and had to hover and wait to see the versions... updated all of them. except the ones below

The LPC I have updated. Thunderbolt will cause issues with some other drivers, so I don't recommend updating this one. So far, it looks like everything is fine. Together with ThrottleStop undervolting and changes and MSI fans setup I have power and silence :D

Sometimes my external soundcard is stuttering, but much less now

I wouldn't recommend using SDIO without REALLY knowing what you are doing... I used it once to update all my sound drivers (~1 year ago) and I could no longer use the ai noise suppresion from msi center.. It didn't work due to incompatibility. So be careful, of random issues that may or may not occur.

@skubi23t Throttlestop is a GOD tier software. Again with some research and if you know what you are doing, it is extremely effective in "optimizing" the CPU for sustained gaming and much lower temps with very very minimal fps impact (undervolt, underclock, setting pl1/pl2 values etc..). And I love that it has 4 different profiles, that you can create and use based on what you are doing.

everything seems to work better now... i did get another problem now lol... my ipad through USB-C is not recognized anymore, and can't figure out which driver caused it... guess i can restore a backup of my system from last week.. before i updated 76 drivers ... but that's painful..

simply check what is the driver and uninstall it completely, so it's recognized by the system and installed..
