Subject: Request for Assistance - CPU & DDR Error and C5 Initialization Code

Dear MSI Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with my MSI X870 Godlike motherboard. When I power on my system, a "CPU & DDR Error" message is displayed, along with the "C5 - OEM BDS Initialization Code."
Here are the components installed in my system:
  • RAM: Crucial Pro RAM DDR5 96GB Kit (2x48GB) 5600MHz, Intel XMP 3.0 (CP2K48G56C46U5).
  • Processor: AMD Ryzen™ 9 9950X.
  • Motherboard: MSI X870 Godlike.
I have already performed the following troubleshooting steps without success:
  1. Resetting the BIOS using the Clear CMOS jumper.
  2. Updating the BIOS to the latest available version.
  3. Disconnecting all non-essential peripherals.
Despite these efforts, the problem persists. I would appreciate your assistance in identifying the cause of this issue and resolving it. If necessary, I am willing to send the motherboard for repair or replacement.
