I flashed the bios E7A36AMS.H4M hoping to switch to retail bios from an OEM bios E7A36AMS.I10. I was planning to upgrade to E7A36AMS.H74 had I succeeded. Used the msi uefi flash tool and the flash completed. After typing reset and pressing enter, system is unable to POST.
My system: msi a320m pro-e, Ryzen 5 2600, 16gb ram, 4gb rx560, 250gb mx500 crucial, 600W seasonic psu.
Monitor, mouse, and keyboard all seem to get power but no signal from the mobo. Caps lock scroll lock led are on but numlock gives no response when pressed. Mouse scroll led is not steady but blinking very fast. Monitor has no signal. Ez debug led are all off after CPU led blinks on power on. No POST beep sound. What can I do please?

Why did you choose the E7A36AMS.H4M version, that was some beta version that MSI don't even offer anymore on their download site for the retail board? I would've gone right for your "end target" version.

Anyway, of course the A-series boards don't have a Flash BIOS Button. So now, unless @Svet has an idea about some blind flashing method, then with a failed flash or with the board otherwise unable to boot with this BIOS, you would need to flash the BIOS chip with the latest BIOS version directly, using an external flash programmer. Or maybe even with the original OEM BIOS version again, if it somehow makes trouble with the retail BIOS.

Is this the correct chip for the bios? Which way should I go? Directly to the chip or via jspi1 port?
