Super Slow MSI Trident 3 8RC Please Help!!!

I bought a trident 3 on offer up but I noticed its very slow. I did a full wipe and redownloaded windows. I went into task manager and disabled unnecessary startup apps. I also deleted Norton right away and updated my drivers. I've done multiple scans and no bad things come up. load times and even just right clicking the empty main screen takes a while to pull up. is there something I'm missing here. I am fairly new to the PC World. Please Help if you have any knowledge on this particular desktop and issue

OK If you have trident 3 then i don't think you should face any lagging issue but if you are having then these hacks can work for you.
  1. 1. Cover with M.2 Shield for best SSD performance
  2. 2. X-Boost your storage
  3. 3. Physically Clean your PC
  4. 4. Renew the CPU thermal paste

Need to kinda list your specs but could be related to your temps so if you can check and make sure they are fine but it could be that you don't have the OS installed on the M.2 SSD and have it on the HD assuming you have one, did you defrag or do the health check on the hard drive or storage? Idk if you have Xmp turned on but if you can make sure you do that. Those would probably be the general issues unless your windows build is corrupted or you haven't gotten all the proper drivers reinstalled, you can check on the intell page and use their too as well.
