After loggin in to my profile in MSI Member center, "Ask for support", I press the button "Ask a new question".
Then I filled in all the information about the motherboard I have problems with.
I received confirmation that the message had been sent.
But nothing has happened.

Can take a few days to get a reply depends on how busy trey is and covid restriction may still have a lot still working from home.

I've been waiting over a month now.
That´s why I wonder if the support has ceased to exist.
