System fan error and some progtams freeze pc

Hi all I have a gaming infinate a b360
Core i5 8400
16gb ddr4
Gtx 1070
On windows 11
But on boot I get a system fan error. All fans run fine.
Also trying to use some apps such as msi app doesn't .
And not easy to find all wi down 11 drivers and apps to work .
Any help would be great

"Infinite" points to one of those pre-built MSI PCs. Which model exactly is it? Look it up from when you bought it.

Did this happen only recently? Looks like an older system.

Try Win10, then check if there will be any issues in there.
