System Unstable with BIOS 1.2.0.6 and 1.2.0.7 Trouble booting to windows with XMP Enabled

At the moment for me everything is running normally with MEMORY FAST BOOT enabled

That's weird. I'm on Win 10 and I have an NVIDIA GPU. Everything's up to date on my system. I don't use Ryzen Master, and I don't need AMD StoreMI because my only SSD is my OS drive. I do have two HDDs that would be nice to speed up, but I'd have to wipe my boot drive to use it properly.
