Where can i get official msi tech support for the msi video card i bought?

i've tried emailing but no-one replys & i've tried phoning & they tell me to send an email.

plz help

Post your problem here and let the people in this forum help you with your problem. If they cannot solve it for you, I will forward your problem off the the MSI techs for you personally and get you an answer.

If the card if faulty MSI will RMA it for you and get it fixed for you.

Ah a mod :p ok deathstalker heres the prob -

My MSI g4ti4400 was supplied with 'Intervideo WinProducer' as software for capturing and editing video.

It does not work. I cannot make it resolve a colour picture and it crashes far to much to be regarded as a working peice of software.

I have achieved 'reasonable' capture results with 3rd party software but only using divx & i do not believe this is the cards native/optimal caputure codec.

I have tried phoning & mailing MSI in the UK but have yet to recieve any responce at all.

From my experiments i believe the hardware is absolutely fine & its certainly good at 3d games, its just the darn video capture software :/

1.4ghz Tbird
QDI KT266 m/b
512DDR
50gig h/d
SB Live 5.1 Player

Did you install the companion software WinCoder when you did the install? From what I understand, it is a two part install.

This forum has an excellent search feature. You might want to do a search of WinProducer and see if there is anthing that comes up which is helpful.
