Right now, I am deeply frustrated with the user experience on your official website! I have just wasted another half an hour of my life trying to satisfy your broken feedback form: it refuses to accept my system info files, and it won't even let me submit the form empty without attachments!
I have attached screenshots of these errors to this post. I urge your management to finally take action and fix this buggy platform. This blatant disrespect for your customers and their time is exactly why people are turning away from MSI!
I demand that this matter be forwarded to your IT and web development team immediately. Fix your website, it’s embarrassing for a premium brand!

I informed our MSI contact about this.

I have had a similar experience over the last week and the CS was awful, trying to fob me off to a retailer when it was an MSI direct website promo, ignoring my questions and screen shots, having to click off chat windows under direction to find i had to start all over again , I have sent emails, evidence, screenshots and so far just been ignored. I raised a ticket with a formal complaint, this now just says processed... I have been on a real buzz with MSI up until this, building a premium second machine for myself after buying a vision X Ai and also now, my wife is fully on board with another premium system underway for her, we are massively loyal and this has been deflating to say the least.

I didn't even see this post when I opened my own(https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?threads/getting-blocked-all-over-the-services-of-msi-wtf.420099/).

I'm actually a SWE, and this is so ridiculously lame on MSI part to have this kinda system behind with no ability to gather feedback else how and keep it this way without doing anything about it.
I couldn't even post in the forum my initial request... and the only reason this and mine posts went through is because I'm highly focus and rarely give up on anything important(and I assume the OP is somewhat the same).

I always thought of MSI as one of the best companies for the customer out there, the value to price was always the best for me and the product quality was satisfying.

Just to put into perspective, I use TOR all the time for almost anything. For MSI, I used clearnet because MSI blocks TOR connections. I registered. And I couldn't do anything else and was blocked - with 403 error message.
I went and submitted a request with my initial question/s(that I still can't post even on the forum in MSI) to Asus technical support, because I honestly will never buy anything MSI related if the service is this frigging low and go elsewhere, even if it's gonna hurt my wallet and the value-to-price I gain from the deal.
Asus worked even with TOR, not to mention anything else.

I honestly didn't even think this is possible this day and age to treat customers this way.

And I still hope for the best - that MSI team will take immediate action on the subject.
