The bluetooth stopped working on my b550 edge gaming wifi

The reason this happens apparently is static buildup in the wifi/bluetooth chips. By disconnecting the power cable and holding power on your PC apparently discharges the electricity from your motherboard. I forgot who told me this, but it was someone who worked for a chipset manufacturer.

Had the same problem, tried what @turnerc714f902d0 suggested. Didn't work at first. Looked for the original post on reddit, gone through the steps and it worked. I also needed to hold in the power button for 30 sec before plugging the power cord back in.

I resolved it! Simple advice from a guy on Reddit... Switch off and remove the power cable from the PSU, that was it! Weird...

THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I had been trying to resolve this all day. I did this (in addition to holding the power button for 10 secs) and it worked!! THANKS AGAIN!

You guys saved my ass. Unlike you guys, my WLAN died with Bluetooth, I thought it was the AX200 died and was about to purchase a new WLAN adpater, before purchasing I found this thread.

It must be the "cold boot". I just discussed with my software engineer flatmate and he doesn't think holding down the power button on the PC does anything if the PSU is unplugged but that unplugging the PSU for ~30 seconds will allow the capacitors to flush, etc.
But alas! Bluetooth functionality is back baby!

Do you still have the WI-FI Working and have you checked the Bios settings as it can be turned off via the Bios.

So easy fix has been found turn off PC and unplug PSU and wait 10 minutes Hold down Power button on PC for 10 seconds during the 10 minute power off, Plug back in and turn on PSU and boot Bluetooth should now be back

Guess what, now my motherboard does this every week or two. I'm using a X570 Gaming Edge + Wifi. Not only that but it crashes my PC at the same time. MSI is terrible.
