The FlashDrive that comes with my Motherboard

I've just built my new MSI PC System, specifically the MPG-X670E-CARBON-WIFI, and I've noticed it came with a flash drive that I know contains the drivers for my system. However, I'm having an issue getting them to work when I insert them into the USB port. They first appear and then disappear, and it says 'no files,' so you can't get the Autorun to start the instal process.
Is this a fault with the flash drive, or do you install them in some other way? I've always had a CD with all my other Motherboards I've used, and this is the first time I've had them on a Flash Drive.
Has anyone else ever had this problem, or is it just a case of a faulty drive, as I've now had to download all the relevant drivers from the MSI Support site so as to get them into my system?

Any information or advice would be much welcomed.
