Hello, I hope everything is fine with your PC. Since I don't have one, I'm asking for help from the experts. I use Google Translate, so if anything isn't clear, please ask again. My language is russian and my sistem also have russian language so my screenshots need google translator too
I can't speak for sure about everything I wrote in the title, but in theory, this is true. My MSI Katana GF76 11UC laptop has been shutting down randomly, without any warning such as an error or blue screen. It started on April 30, 2026, and today, May 3, 2026, when I thought the problem had been solved by installing new Nvidia drivers and running a virus scan (Windows Defender found nothing during a full scan, which ran smoothly, but then the laptop shut down two or three times), it shut down again while I was away. I had my usual programs open, along with a new game installed on April 29, 2026. It's a prototype and could theoretically cause errors, but I didn't notice any in the Windows logs. It's also odd for a simple game to crash so quickly without any errors. At least, there were no error logs just before the shutdown. The best I can see right now are these logs below.
