Please check PM
Thanks for your help, but another problem.... error message in the msi led updater "connect to device Fail"

I follow the instructions: clear cmos, unplug power cord, turn off psu for 3 min, power on pc, close msi center, close all login apps, and run the upgrader.

Yep OK can you unplug any ARGB devices connected to the motherboard
Bit of a long shot but it may help and Avoid the need to RMA the board

Power off PC Unplug any RGB connections from motherboard power back on and boot to windows once in Windows restart PC and boot back to windows check LED firmware status. Run tool again.
You can also try a CMOS reset boot to windows and try the tool again but if that fails you will most likely have to RMA the motherboard.

For Cmos Reset power off PC unplug PSU hold down Computer power button for 3 to 4 seconds. Short the Jbat1 Pins or press the Clear Cmos button on IO panel for 15 to 30 seconds or remove Cmos battery for 15 minutes.
Power back up and boot to windows and try tool again.

MSI may do a Global warranty RMA won't know till you ask them >>How to contact MSI.<<

Wonder if MSI may have a tool to force flash the chip without having to boot in to windows something like the SVET Bios Flash tool perhaps.
But i'm sure they would have sent that if they had it.

Thinking here if you Uninstall MSI Center and associated RGB stuff and use something like Signal RGB instead.

No idea if it will work but it may get the RGB stuff working correctly again.

May be worth trying

problem solved... what I did was downgrade from windows 11 to 10, formatting and reinstalling everything and installing the fw update tool before the msi center... the compatibility with windows 11 is wrong...

thanks for all.... my pc is in peace, i hope op find a fix in all this info
