have you tried the JT1 shorting method mentioned above? what's your motherboard?

I follow the instructions: clear cmos, unplug power cord, turn off psu for 3 min, power on pc, close msi center, close all login apps, and run the upgrader.

MSI may do a Global warranty RMA won't know till you ask them >>How to contact MSI.<<i try this but still with no motherboard or jrainbow rgb control... just a predefined rainbow breath
im realy sad, my setup was green and black only... i read all related post on google and try everything i think...
i will try disconnect all argb and test, rma is not an option because i live in uruguay but i buy the motherboard in usa online... thanks again
