You will need to contact MSI or the retailer and get it replaced under warranty

When it is brand new, the LED is working fine for about a year. After series of bios updates on MSI Center app, this happened. Do you suggest to downgrade the BIOS version? Thank you.
Will not make any difference the LED Firmware is on a Different Chip and it has become corrupt

Não, na verdade quero dizer atualização do chipset.

Fiz a última atualização do BIOS há mais de uma semana. Percebi há 3 dias que o RGB das minhas ventoinhas frontais estava desligado e abri o MSI Mystic Light para redefini-las. Lá eu recebi o erro do LED FW.

Thank you, I don't give me any errors using MSI Center, regarding the bios version, I have the most recent one I tried to install the first version of the bios available on the msi website and was unable to solve the problem, I will wait for the response from the contact at msi through Alan Jt

Hello, I have the same problem, B560M Pro board, and the LED Firmware is not available, or I cannot find it, I have already tried clear cmos, and MSI Center does not update the firmware.

Thanks, I was able to download it, unfortunately I followed the steps again, uninstalling all the MSI software, clear cmos, and disconnecting argb and it does not allow me to flash to firmware.

Not good news then you will need to RMA that motherboard or have it replaced under warranty

***EDIT one hour later: Everything is fine, i found the tool and LED FW Update(7D25) now reads 06 - THANK YOU***

Same issue here. After FW Update LED ist not working, cannot update ist via MSI Center or Live Update. Is there a tool that may help me? Or do i have to RMA it?

Same problem, eventually end up with the MSI Update Tool telling me "Connect to device Fail" with the v.00. Any chance the tools you've been providing are different than those on the official MSI site? My board is the PRO B760M-A WIFI DDR4, model number is 7D99
