The firmware update worked, thank you very much. I have my rgb up and running now!
I have a few more questions can I ask them here?
Its related to "Device FW Update (MEG381CQR) 00 mentioned above.
that's not my Monitor.
Thank you again.

Any updates for the monitor should be up in the support page or VIA Msi Center live update

Good the hear the Firmware for Motherboard is working :pompom: :pompom: :pompom:

hi Alan hope you are doing well.
My monitor is an Asus Vg25qm 280Hz, what's up with the firmware update for a monitor I don't have?
I hear that the led FW update is related to the motherboard sensors, and I'm having a problem with the Board Explorer in bios not showing the correct information,
(Fans disconnected, incorrect Internet speed, connected front USB).
I have a new Led FW version 08 available in MSI Center.
Should I Update de Led FW?

Should I Update de Led FW?
Yes it is best to keep that one updated

Your guess is as good as mine.
I'm having a problem with the Board Explorer in bios not showing the correct information,
Board Explorer in my experience has not worked too well my last two MotherBoards did not even have it the X570E did have it on older BIOS but it disappeared in the BIOS updates
And the X670E never had it on the model I have

I think, The sensor's not displaying correctly is related to the LED firmware. My CPU SO and CPU IO was reporting 0 volts in BIOS before..
With the LED firmware you provided me I can now see the correct voltages reported.
I'm going to update to the new firmware and see if anything changes.
I report back. Thank you.

Can I have the firmware tool and file needed for my b550m pro-vdh?

Alan thank you. I got the firmware update and it worked. Having the same issue with a Z590 PRO WIFI CEC motherboard. Is there a firmware update for this board? Thank in advance.
You got lucky I'm in the forums so there is no wait time

Thanks! Let you know how it goes.
Hope this is the right place for this question. I ran a system information report and under system sku "PRO B760-VC WIFI BULK (MS-7D98) and under Baseboard product "Z590 PRO WIFI {CEC} (MS-7D09). Which one should I use for the firmware update? On another report the serial number on the motherboard matches the B760-VC. Thanks in advance for any information.

Can you do a screenshot please of this info

Spoken to our Contact it seems you will need to Contact IBuyPower as they are the ones who did it MSI Retail Motherboards do not have the system SKU name.

Thanks. I wish they were as responsive as you are. Wish me luck, I post if I get a solution.
