Hi guys, just got this error all of a sudden. Tried everything except for the fw update tool, cant find one for my motherboard. no argb light and fans not working. Please help...

Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen & 7800x3d
MB: MSI b650m project zero (Bios 7E09v1D)
RAM: 2x16g Tforce 6000mhz ddr5
STORAGE: 1tb Kingston renegade, 2tb adata legend 860
GPU: RTX 5070 ti
PSU: fsp vita 850w

@Alan J T Sorry to bother you, i updated the firmware of my MSI B550 Mortar from version v3 to version v6 through MSI Centre. I performed all the steps described in the guide but when the pc restarted, the jraibow2 connecter showed one colour and jrainbow1 another. Mystic light/OpenRGB can't change colour correctly anymore, if I want blue, he sets me purple etc. I tried to re-install the firmware several times through the recovery tool with the right version for my motherboard but I didn't solve it, I also tried to drain the JT1. Do you have any solutions for me? Thank you in advance.

What message are you getting with the recovery tool

Yes, i did. I installed v5 than v6, i was able to partially recover rgb but AIO block can't change color anymore. It's stuck. AIO fans and block are connected on jrainbow2 connector. Fans change color but cpu block not. It's possible to request the v3 fw?

Well, after looking again
Your board model is 7C37
First, you need to update the BIOS
Use this one, as I know it works well
Two don't use Firmware that is not for your Motherboard
I suggest you use MSI Centre to find the Updates needed using the Live Update Advanced Scan

Hi,

If i want to use ch341a programmer to flash this led firmware to b550 unify-x where is the chip located?

Please get me 7D13_v0004 if possible i can see only the 7D13_v0005 on the website.

The ARGB headers or ARGB controller could be faulty if nothing works with them
