Directions are in Zip file
You may need to try it three or four times, as it sometimes does not work the first time.

Thanks for the files, i tried running the tool as admin but nothing, i tried rename the .bin with led.bin, firmware.bin and nothing, always the same message "connect to device fail (mcu_1 version: not connect)" exist somehting like force update tool or debug tool version to try applying the firmware manually? or i need to contact msi support only? i read something that when first attempts fail the supp send you other tools.

Hello, I shot my fan RGBs through a conversion and my LED FW is corrupt (according to MSI LED FW Update Tool). aRGB are in Daisy circuit and plugged into the 3-PINs appropriately.

I have already tried:

Individual test of components (fans)
Rebuilding the pc
E-flash of bios
CMOS / JBAT1 reset per jump
JT1 reset per jump
Mystic Light Reinstallation with clean master tool
Different RGB software tried out individual fans
MSI Live Update (No updates available)
LED FW Update Tool (current version v.00 (non-connectable)
Various ARGB plugs tested

MoBo: MAG B650 Tomahawk WiFi (MS-7D75)
Bios Version: E7D75AMS.1P5 (Updated 30min ago)

Is there any hope for me? Im stuck with this for months now and i cant send in my board due to work.

found this:

seems it has something to do with HID-Devices beeing disabled, even to it is a hidden obj i found it on my side, just i dont know how to enabe it here.

Hey @Alan J T Merry Christmas!
Could you please assist in situation below? I left my PC for a few days with flip power switched to "0" position. When PC was turned on I realized that all fans are shining in standard mode. Besides error in the topic I noticed (not sure if it's related) that active HID and USB devices have different IDs as PID, for example 3F00 not 7C37. And devices with PID 7C37 are showing as hidden / not connected to the PC:

Specifications:
Product Name - MSI MPG X570 Gaming Plus (MS-7C37)
Version of product - 2.0
BIOS Version - A.P0
BIOS Release Date - 03/25/2025
SMBIOS - 2.8

MSI Center was updated from 2.0.63.0 to 2.0.64.0. Unfortunately in both versions information of LED FW Update or Device FW Update is not visible at all. No updates in "Live Update" section as well.

Thank you!

Thanks Alan, but updating fails ("Connect to device Fail)".
I can see that the Update Tools are dependend on the AMD series, mine is a Threadripper 3970x.
may this would be the case?
...
It would be greate to find any solution, to use my workstation any longer, even without the RGB stuff...
which is in the end the reason for all the problems : )
My Bios freezes all the time if i switch off rgb lights control and try to save and exit??
Or do you know any other scenario to turn off all the Motherboard RGB Lightning completely?

Which chip you mean by that (some posts above)?
No if the one I sent you is not working, then Chip is dead and you will need to RMA the motherboard
Maybe this will help me and the computer repair service.

Thank you so far.
