Directions are in Zip fileHi Sr Alan, i try much ways to fix but i can´t, same problem with abnormal mb firmware, when scan advanced nothing, update tool form msi page give the error "fail to connect device" my mobo is mag b760 tomahawk wifi ddr4, you are my last hope sr, if dont work i give up bc i am from Chile and buy the mobo on amazon, so if i send to rma i gona have not pc to use...
Thanks for the files, i tried running the tool as admin but nothing, i tried rename the .bin with led.bin, firmware.bin and nothing, always the same message "connect to device fail (mcu_1 version: not connect)" exist somehting like force update tool or debug tool version to try applying the firmware manually? or i need to contact msi support only? i read something that when first attempts fail the supp send you other tools.Directions are in Zip file
You may need to try it three or four times, as it sometimes does not work the first time.

This indicates it is broken and will need to be RMA as it seems you have tried all the recovery steps you can do without a specialised programming toolLED FW Update Tool (current version v.00 (non-connectable)

The onboard controller chip for RGB may also monitor the TempSensor and voltageWhich chip you mean by that (some posts above)?
It varies from board to board. MSI support should be able to assist with the chip's name for that Motherboardwhere is the chip located
