The MSI Center application in the user scenario feature section cannot run

How to solve the MSI Center application user scenario feature cannot be opened to turn on the cooler boost fan feature.
Product MSI GF63 Thin 11UCX
Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11260H @ 2.60GHz 2.61 GHz

I have the same problem. I cannot access the box to adjust the fan speed

Same issue here, just gets stuck on the loading screen. Most other things load just fine, seems to only affect the "User Scenario" feature for me.

Guessing the latest update broke the app again..... *sigh*.....kinda figures. Same thing on my GE66 Raider that I just upgraded to Win 11 and then allowed it to FINALLY update MSI Center (first time in over a year.....). Go figure it breaks.

I finally found a solution for this problem with my MSI GF63 Thin

Solution:
I tried the cleanup tool to clean the MSI files.
reinstalled the MSI Center
after first installation don't directly open it,
instead, go to start and search for `MSI CENTER` and run as administrator.

The problem seems that I was not running the program as admin after installation.

Interesting.
I didn't need to reinstall.
I just ran it as administrator and it worked fine now.
