The sound driver has been interrupted by ACPI.sys in the laptop product name "Stealth 16 AI A2HWFG." After Bios "E15F5IMS.10B" was installed.

The sound driver was assessed by the LatencyMon program.

The Bios that I was updated via MSI centre did not match the website version, while on the website version is E15F5IMS.10A

To sum up, my laptop has audio stuttering.
Who has ever encountered this same situation with me?

ACPI.sys showing up doesn’t always mean it’s the direct cause of the audio stutter. Windows has a lot going on in the background, and audio can sometimes get affected by other drivers, power management, or background tasks.
It would help to know when the stutter happens. For example, does it happen while gaming, watching videos, using headphones, waking from sleep, or changing power modes? Also check if there are any heavy background apps running at the same time.

I monitor them via Task Manager. I notice that audio stuttering occurs while I am using any entertainment programmes; it also affects my headphones and does not occur on waking from sleep. It is on every power mode. The background services running are LocalServiceNoNetworkFirewall and Service Host Capability Access, taking up to 4% and 5% of CPU, respectively, whenever the popping noise occurs.

If the problem occurs after updating BIOS 10B, how about rolling BIOS back to the previous version?
Enable the "Allow BIOS downgrade" section and save the settings in BIOS.
Download the version 10A from the website and install it.

Could you guide me step by step to rolling back the BIOS version from 10B to 10A? Or do I need to contact MSI support?

Currently, I have rolled back the BIOS already. The popping noise was gone. I appreciate your guide, thank you, man.

Bad news, I encountered audio crackling again after rolling back BIOS. However, I disabled Killer Intelligence Center and the audio crackling was then less severe. For the BIOS 10B version, I also tried this method on the 10B version, but it made no difference. Next step, I need to tried to update any driver of Intel from intel-driver-support-assistant to find whether problem would been solved or not.

The problem persists after I have made many attempts to find a solution. Now, I'm giving up. I will wait for MSI engineers to respond on their next BIOS update. This information may be crucial as a learning cases
