I own an MSI GF63 12VE laptop. Recently, I noticed that the webcam wasn't stable. Sometimes, it worked, and sometimes, it didn't. I looked online for a solution, and nothing worked, including the FN+F6 key and reinstalling the driver. When I checked Device Manager, there were 2 problems: The webcam driver was hidden and there was one driver which showed the yellow icon with the code 45 and 43 , respectively.

Does anyone know the solution? My warranty is still up until September 2026 but I want to know if I can do something at home first. Really appreciates any helps!

P/S: I'm using the Vietnamese language so some parts will be written in Vietnamese. I only want to pay attention to the Camera and Universal Serial Bus controller sections.

I see a yellow triangle.
Right click on your webcam in the Device Manager and look if the driver is installed. Have also a look on the other tabs.
Do the same with the device with the yellow triangle.
Post screenshots.
Does anyone have any help?
We will see .... ;)

Yeah I did, I noticed that whenever I move the screen, the camera stutters and sometimes disconnects, so there's a high chance it's a hardware issue. I will bring it to the manufacturer tomorrow to see if there is anything to do.
