There is a buzzing sound when moving the msi dm07 brand mouse

Hello, I am hearing a buzzing sound when I move the MSI DM07 brand mouse, but after I stop moving it, the sound stops after a while. What could be the reason, please help, thank you.

Some people say lowering polling rate can help, would you be able to do that? Or try a better PSU if possible.
