Hello;
I am writing to inform you that I am in the process of adding an SSD to my MSI GL75-9SD model device, which I have purchased. Despite the presence of a second SSD slot in the BIOS and an SSD slot on the motherboard, there is no soldered port for the second SSD slot on the motherboard. It appears that this port has not been attached to the motherboard since the assembly stage, even though the MSI official website claims that there are two SSD slots in this product. As a result, the SSD I have purchased is essentially useless. My device's warranty has expired, but I believe this is a manufacturing defect and the product was initially delivered to the consumer incomplete. This situation can be easily seen in the attached photos. I am looking forward to your response regarding this matter. Thank you for your attention, and I wish you a good day.
