1.0.38.0 caused BDS with Z490 gaming carbon wifi right after updated. :mad:
Uninstalled and reinstall with version 1.0.31.0 and installing process keep running forever.
I'm really sick with this stupid app.:angryfire:

I would like to warn anyone who is thinking of updating their bios on their motherboard via the MSI Center to think again , as it all that happened to me was a black screen computer remained on and nothing happened like its supposed to , had to use the bios flashback button to put things right

I am really surprised by all these issues and bugs, MSI has not released an update since December of last year

Whenever I install an older working version (1.0.36.0) the Windows Store tries to update it so I had to turn off "Receive updates for other Microsoft products when you update Windows" setting and update my other Windows Store UWP apps manually and disable the download for MSI Center whenever I check for updates because it will trigger and try to update to the current version if you aren't paying close attention. This is frustrating.

From what I have noticed this update seems to have left users of older motherboards behind in favor of their newer products. For instance, the Graphics Fan Tool now only works on motherboards that are PCIe 4.0 according to the release notes. It used to work fine on my B450 Tomahawk MAX (not the MAX II) which is PCIe 3.0. They should have a way to detect the motherboard and install the appropriate software for that particular model. I can't use most of the modules that used to work anymore with the new version and there's no way to shut off updates for just MSI Center which is unfortunate. The workaround is sloppy and unnecessary for just one program. Some owners of newer MSI products are reporting problems too. They should just pull 1.0.38.0 with a statement that they messed up and try again. This one came out in December. I'm sure they have seen the complaints by now.

II have to agree. The Speed Up Devices module disappears and becomes the Gaming Mode module. The Gaming Mode module is installed and displays the same information. It will show up just one time and then disappear. This happens just with version 1.0.38.0.

Guys, after seeing these reports, it's worth installing this MSI center instead of Dragon Center, since it uninstalls Dragon Center!

My computer is a mess after Mystic Light version 3.0.0.06 and MSI Center 1.0.40.0
The meteor effect is really fast, the memory doesn't manage anymore, nothing works like it used to.

After the recent updates the Yellow colour disappeared. Now it is a washed out white. If I set to Rainbow then the vivid Yellow is present but not when trying to set a solid colour like Yellow or Orange. Common MSI I spent a lot of money building my pc just to discover that your parts are garbage before the first year of use. My RTX 3070 has a bad vibration, and now RGB does not work properly. What happened?

Known Issue: MSI Center 1.0.40.0 Memory LED
#1. When "GameSync" is enabled in game such as "Far Cry6", G.Skill Trident Z RGB memory will stay dark.
#2. Meteor and Marquee effect of memory is way too fast
#3. Mystic Light no longer controls Crucial Ballistix Tactical Tracer memory RGB after resuming from sleep (Memory still appears in Mystic Light menu)
Solution: Mystic Light 3.0.0.08 (exact MSI Center version is not confirmed), ETA: Late March/Early April

MSI CENTER 1.0.41.0 is out ladies and gents dl and try it i am now
just remember it takes a few minutes to install and update so be patient and wait for it
