Newbie here. I've looked around here and can't find a place that I might leave a message regarding MSI Center that stands out so here goes;
Is there a way to maintain the MSI Center settings for Mystic Light? Every time there is an update to Mystic Light, I have to reset the LED settings as they get reset to the default setting. Is there a way to maintain these settings between updates?

Is it weird that my RGB ram doesn't turn off while the computer is sleeping? For example, if I have it set "Rainbow" and I put the computer to sleep, rather than the LEDs turning off, they change to solid blue. Mystic Light is set to turn off on sleep, screenshot below.

Turning off Mystic Light using the toggle in the same screenshot also changes the RAM to blue instead of off. I don't believe this was an issue a few versions ago, but because you can't roll back, I have no idea what the last working version was.

Unfortunately RAM is my only Mystic Light controlled device and my MB doesn't have integrated RGB so I have no other devices to test.

Does nothing ever work with MSI? Upgraded my ram and had to install dragon center to change the RGB on my new ram and now it no longer saves your color choices to MB, advanced scan doesn't detect MB. And the new forum and product website both suck. MB is MPG X570 GAMING PRO CARBON WIFI. Haven't used mystic light since I bought the MB in 2020 and of course can't get the version that actually worked when I bought this MB. Any ideas on how to get this fixed?

It's already disabled. I'm 99.9% sure Mystic Light is the issue, when I remove it my RAM just runs it's default rainbow RGB mode and the LEDs completely turn off when the machine is sleeping.

Did try uninstalling Dragon Center and install MSI Center . Advanced scan did update light firmware but still doesn't save anything to MB. So no it doesn't work.

And my user name now has a y at the end of it... been on MSI forum for years. Can't remove the y and get back my original forum name tc0566 because user names must be unique. I didn't change my email or even change password, still under the same email and logged right in without any issue. But my forum name is changed. One more thing MSI broke with an update.

Question: Is your new RAM Corsair branded? If so, run iCue and block the plugin from LEDKeeper2.exe. I could never get it to work properly for my Corsair things, and might be similar ways to do it for other brands with their LED software. Version 4 is MUCH better than it used to be.

I have MAG Z690 TORPEDO, Creative Sound Blaster Recon3D Fatal1ty Professional (working perfectly until this point on Win 10/11, Cougar LED Strips ARGB.
When I put the LED Strips into 5V (no matter which one, the TORPEDO has 3), the audio of the machine is disappears on random and sometimes the taks bar is freezing. One time in 24 hours typically. I tried every setting in Mystic Light, no difference. Ideas, or its just another MSI Center bug...

UPDATE:
Mystic Lights 3.0.0.09 fixed the problem. 3.0.0.06 was the broken version.

1-Değişlik sorun bende de var. 11700k + MSI z590 Force + 4 x G.SKILL Trident Z 8GB RAM "G.SKILL Trident Z Lighting Control" yazılım ile hiç kontrolumum.
RAM harici XPG m2.sata RGB var. onda giç bir sorun yok. Sadece DDR4 Ram sorunu yapmıyor. Kendi yazılımından kitleniyor. MSI Center varken RAM kontrol kontrolü.
MSI Center i sınavca RAM kontrolünden hiç bir sorunla. Ya da G.SKILL bu yazılım Corsair'de olduğu gibi Yazılım gelmesi gerekiyor.
Arkadaşımda Asus ROG z490 anakrtın da hiç bir sorun olmuyor.
2-Mystic Light "MB" RBG kontrol kontrollü "IO aynı renk oluyor. 4-pin RGB, IO cover ve PCH aynı anda hareket ediyor.
Ayrı ayrı değiştirseniz bile aynı harekette.
3-Sadece M.2 sata, Jrainbow1 ve Jrainbow2 sokete Bağlı Ledlerin kontrol edilmesi.
4-G.SKILL nasıl çözerim. Dünya para harcandı ama MSI tercihiniz için pişman oldum.

Mystic Lights 3.0.0.09 sürümünü değil, 3.0.0.10 sürümü çıkarsa belki benim dediklerim düzelir.
10 Yıldır MSI kullanıyorum, bu sıkıntılardan sıkıldım. z590 son hatamdı diye düşünüyorum.
RGB günümüzde çok öne çıkan anakrtlarda MSI önce ve bu sorunlara MSI firması bir çare bulması lazım.

Z490 Gaming Carbon Wifi + i9 10850K + G.SKILL Trident Z 32GB RAM.
BSoD (blue screen of death) when install MSI Center 1.0.41.0. It happened when first installs MSI center. PC restarts and it's ok. It happens again and again for each app that I install (Mystic light, User Scenario, Gaming mode...)
I have tried many times, even reinstalls new windows 11 but nothing better. Now I gave it up.
