I have the same problem with my computer not going to sleep after latest update of MSI center 1.0.59. Screen turns off for a second then comes right back on. If I turn off the USB light power saver featuring in mystic light everything works but then all my lights don't turn off when computer goes to sleep. The only work around that I'm trying right now is I reverted back to 1.0.41 and disabled auto update in the Microsoft store. As long as this doesn't update 1.0.41 works great

Known Issue: RGB No Longer Work (Lose control & Flash randomly) after Installing ICUE v4.11.274 + Windows Language Changes to French Restart/Sign out
Workaround:
1. Disable on-board physical LED switch (on-board LED will turn off)
View attachment 149173
2. Short JT1 pin (2 pin from the right) with a pen for 5 seconds when PC is turned off
View attachment 149174
3. Download firmware below and flash the firmware again
View attachment 149175
4. Enable on-board physical LED switch again
Solution: Update firmware to the version below and you can install iCUE again!
Note. If your LED is out of control, do steps above first then update firmware

Is there an updated firmware for 7D22, my MSI Center doesn't control the lights :)

Thanks!

There's a problem with 1.0.59.0 version and (2022-09 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11 for x64 (KB5017859)). I cannot stop the update from installing and its gone if I delete MSI Center. The problem is that the sound starts to cuts out at random intervals and you need to restart the PC to be fixed. Microsoft is saying that this NET Framework has a problem, but for some of us it's installing itself anyway.

p.s.
The machine is MAG Z690 TORPEDO, 12900K, Windows 11 Pro. Im using a Sound Blaster Recon3D Fatal1ty Professional sound card. I dont know if the problem persist with the integrated sound on my board and I dont care. This problem is happening for the second time from around 8 months. Get it together please !

Hello.

I noticed that recently, the Mystic Light application through the MSI Center doesnt work at all. When opening it, I either of the following images:

and I'm not able to do anything else. I have tried to uninstall using the removal tool and reinstall through the microsoft store but it didnt help.

My motherboard is the MPG X570 GAMING EDGE WIFI
Im using MSI Center 1.0.59.0 and Mystic Light 3.0.0.23

Im on Windows 11 Pro 21H2 Build 22000.978

Any idea why this is happening?

Thank you

EDIT: Actually after using the removal tool to first clear the cache and delete cookies, then remove the MSI Center and then reinstall it again, it started working. Strange.

I guess technically it's for the MSI MAG Infinite 11th, but it's really running the H510M PRO with a custom OEM BIOS ...
MSI H510M PRO (MS-7D22)
YA that not good OEM boards updates are handled by the OEM.

And
That will be a problem as MSI only supply firmware and Bios updates for Retail boards. You will have to see if the OEM has something for it.

In this case the OEM board is actually done my MSI OEM, meaning there's BIOS updates on MSI website:

However there's no updates really compared to the retail version, and cross flashing doesn't work since it uses a different security mechanism it says ...

This is the steps I took to get my computer working again.

1. Use MSI Center uninstaller and get rid of everything and reboot.
2. Download last version that worked for you. Googled it. For me it was 1.0.50.0.
3. Installed it and all feature sets that I wanted.
4. The most important step. Go to Microsoft Store and turn off auto update.

The updates come from Microsoft Store. Been working for 2 weeks like this. Just have to manual update all other apps you have until MSI fixes this. With so many bugs in 1.0.59.0 I would think they would roll back or at least come up with a fix by now.

The latest version of MSI Center (1.0.61.0) solved my problems with monitors not going to sleep! So finally I am happy :)

can you restore audio with .net framework reinstallation or MSI Center reinstallation?
you can also give MSI Center latest update 1.0.61.0 a try

1.0.61.0 now works with letting my computer to go to sleep. But when the lights turn out before my computer goes to sleep, and then I move the mouse or type something it takes a really long time for them to come back on. 1.0.50.0 was instant.

Bug found in MSI Center 1.0.61.0 incombination with MEG CoreLiquid S360. After restart/start, the LCD Display isnt showing any information like hardware monitor etc. I've to manually apply it in MSI Center in order to let it work again. No issues with 1.0.59.0. Hopefully this is getting fixed soon.

what do you see when there's no hardware information on the LCD screen? the cooler LCD needs MSI Center running to display the customized settings, did you set MSI Center as startup applications? and what values are you selecting in Coreliquid?

try to locate a 5-pin header labeled JT1 on the motherboard.
Short JT1 pin (2 pin from the right) with a pen for 5 seconds when PC is turned off and see if you can restore LED.

There is no JT1 on Z690 Tomahawk D4 and what for is that ?
I mean I know JBAT is for reset bios at stock, but that one ?
