d. Make sure both MSI Center SDK & MSI Center is removed
e. Re-install MSI Center from scratch again
  • How to install Dragon Center/Creator Center if I have already installed MSI Center?
Why do you want to do that? But if you insist on making the “wrong decision”,
    • 1. Follow the steps above to uninstall MSI Center and MSI Center SDK.
    • 2. Search for MSI Dragon Center/MSI Creator Center in Microsoft Store to install Dragon Center/Creator Center.
    • 3. Waiting for the installation to complete.
  • Why does Dragon Center ask to uninstall MSI Center SDK before installing?
    1620215129484.png
  • This is what you get for not liking MSI Center, but you can fix it by opening command prompt and type “reg delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\MSI” and enter “yes” after.
    Note.
Make sure no MSI Center registry key left in the specific path

With this new Bananasoftware the original MSI Headset GH70 and the GSkill KM780 Keyboard dont work now with the MSI Mystic Light but it override the GSkill Software so that i also cant set a RGB Profile in the GSkill software.. and yes the button to override other RGB Software is disabled..

Latest version of MSI Center 1.20.0 on X470 Gaming Pro Carbon with the latest AGESA 1.2.0.2 beta BIOS 7B78v2H5.

MSI Center when going to Support, Live Update and click the Advanced button to scan. The application keeps scanning and is fully stuck no other option except for killing MSI Center. It appears the advanced scan cannot be executed. The same happens when going to Support than System Info and than click on Scan.

Hi everybody. Afert given up on the Dragon Center app, I'm using Lastet version of MSI Center in a B550M vdh-pro wifi
I installed the Mystic Light Module and when it finished the module don't open. This is what I Get.
1623420435860.png

I already tried uninstalling the module and reinstalling. Also, I tried running the MSI center as an admin. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the whole MSI center. This last is a pain because sometimes th installation could not be completed because a blocked by antivirus or firewall error appears.

Thanks for your help

Although I never updated to iCue 4, updating to the latest dragon center caused my blackout. I followed your instructions, but shorted JBAT1

teventviewer mostrou que o serviço MSI_Central_Service não está em execução depois que o MSI Center reclamou que não foi possível iniciar e eu devo verificar o software antivírus e assim por diante.

Problema e solução:

Computer \ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Services \ MSI_Central_Service

edit:
começou, Mysticlight instalou e funciona para a própria placa-mãe (B550 Tomahawk)
does not appear MSI_CENTRAL_SERVICE

worked for me thank you :D No more darkness!+1 and Can I install icue latest version now? or it will cause the same issue?

So the MSI Center is in a basically unusable state for me. Had to go back to Dragon Center.
1. The CPU temp gauge gets stuck sometimes during system sleep/suspend, while the LED on the motherboard shows a different temp.
2. True Color only changes my left (of three) monitors.
3. "Extreme Performance" changes the power profile to "AMD Ryzen Balanced". (PLEASE let us select which power profile to use as part of the scenarios!)
4. Mystic Light "forgets" what lights my MSI 3090 Gaming X Trio are set to (fade colors) after syspend/sleep until I go in and hit "apply" again.
I had MSI Center 1.0.22.0 with the newest versions of the plugins as of early June 24th.

Also, my current BIOS version is 7C90v16 it will work fine with this? MSI Gaming Carbon Wifi B550
