d. Make sure both MSI Center SDK & MSI Center is removed
e. Re-install MSI Center from scratch again
  • How to install Dragon Center/Creator Center if I have already installed MSI Center?
Why do you want to do that? But if you insist on making the “wrong decision”,
    • 1. Follow the steps above to uninstall MSI Center and MSI Center SDK.
    • 2. Search for MSI Dragon Center/MSI Creator Center in Microsoft Store to install Dragon Center/Creator Center.
    • 3. Waiting for the installation to complete.
  • Why does Dragon Center ask to uninstall MSI Center SDK before installing?
    1620215129484.png
  • This is what you get for not liking MSI Center, but you can fix it by opening command prompt and type “reg delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\MSI” and enter “yes” after.
    Note.
Make sure no MSI Center registry key left in the specific path

Corsair device is a bit troublesome, it requires third party software to control them via iCUE. If corsair is not picking up mystic light, then there's no way MSI Center can do any changes. Have you tried to reach corsair and see what they say?

It is easier to receive a response from Biden than from Corsair. Corsair support is terrible! o_0

The impression I had is that the MSI center loads faster and first than the corsair iCue, so for this reason the MSI Center does not detect the iCue, so the iCue loads later and the MSI Center does not request control again, because it did not detect during login, I will test again by putting a delay on iCue startup to test.

It could be the other way around too, iCue loads and MSI center comes later and iCue doesn't give access.

I need to logout and login to work.
thought you mean if you logout from the account completely and login into 2nd account work? Maybe that's how you re-trigger the "handshake" between iCUE and mystic light. If you don't log out, the process might still runs at background and think there's no action needs to be done.

I managed to find out what causes the BUG, when the computer goes into suspended mode, the icue.exe program continues running by user A, when I login with user B, the program does not respond to other requests, to solve it, I believe that I will have to add a command in the task scheduler to kill the icue.exe process and run it again.

The problem does not happen when I switch between user A and B accounts, only when it goes into suspended mode.

More tricks to do to make the LED controls work...

I had to do this entire sequence of commands for everything to go well during user switches, returning from suspended mode and login. :rolleyes-anim::idea:

The important thing is that it worked! :agrees:

I hope it helps someone who is having these problems. :beerchug:

Why do you keep asking the same/similar questions in mutliple threads? I pointed you to a possible workaround earlier.

Please at least try reinstalling the latest MSI Center and then apply the CC Engine Patch here:
https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?...e-–-msi-center-bug-status.362779/post-2210425

If that doesn't work, then fine.

I honestly don't blame you for not wanting to continue using MSI Center. It does have a lot of problems, but please don't ignore advice and then continue to ask for help over and over again.

MSI is able to duplicate the problem.
Known Issue: CC_Engine_x64.exe in MSI Center v2.0.24.0 Consumes High CPU Usage
Workaround: Download <<<
CC_Engine_Patch>>> and extract it, then run "go.bat". Reboot system when completes.
Solution: Next MSI Center release

Crosshair 15 has issues with intel arc control. When arc control is installed the nvidia gpu is always in use + the fans are spinning louder (because arc control increases temperature by 5-10c). Removing intel arc solves all the problems, it’s using the intel gpu when using to internet or looking/stare at your desktop. When i click on a game it’s switching to the nvidia gpu as how it should.

Maybe msi can look into this as well ?

hi, i tried to follow the settings but the task scheduler is not killing icue and LEDkeeper when I switch windows accounts without logging out first. are you logging out when you switch Windows account? do you mind sharing the settings configuration in other tabs as well?

This is t2.25.0 https://download.msi.com/uti_exe/vga/MSI-Center.zip
But in the Microsoft store and on the program update, it is not available as an available version, why? Should I delete the control panel and install the new version 25 or wait for Windows to update automatically from the old one?
By the way, this fan setting helped me a lot, when it reaches 80 degrees, it starts working at max and cools.

It's very normal MSI center is released to MSI website first, then once Microsoft accept the submission from MSI, it will go on Microsoft store.

For some reason, it's usually available directly from the product support pages much sooner than through the Microsoft Store. I also don't know why the laptop support pages only link to the MS Store version instead of direct links to the newest version. But, it's usually fine to download the latest version and install it unless otherwise directed not to.

So, yes you can go ahead and install v2.0.25.0

Hello everyone.
I am looking for a firmware file for MSI Crosshair laptop RGB keyboard LED lighting.
MSI_NB_LedControl.MSI_1562Led
If anyone has the link, I would be very grateful.

Please open a thread in notebook section.
Possibly you will need to contact MSI about this.

Mystic Light issues: Profile and RGB control issues in MSIO Center version 2.0.26.0. If I change Profile 1 then it changes profile 2 and 3 to be the same as profile 1. Same goes if I change profile 2 it will change profile 1 and 3 to the same as profile 2. For the RGB control MSI mystic light does not change my MSI cooler block to the same colors as the fans. for instance: I have set all my fans to orange and the cooler block is light blue. The cooler block light does not even show up just the 2 case fans. I have the cooler block daisy chained to the 2 case fans.

Is there a forum just for the MSI Mystic Light?
