  • How to install Dragon Center/Creator Center if I have already installed MSI Center?
Why do you want to do that? But if you insist on making the “wrong decision”,
    • 1. Follow the steps above to uninstall MSI Center and MSI Center SDK.
    • 2. Search for MSI Dragon Center/MSI Creator Center in Microsoft Store to install Dragon Center/Creator Center.
    • 3. Waiting for the installation to complete.
  • Why does Dragon Center ask to uninstall MSI Center SDK before installing?

  • This is what you get for not liking MSI Center, but you can fix it by opening command prompt and type “reg delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\MSI” and enter “yes” after.
    Note.
Make sure no MSI Center registry key left in the specific path

i think he meant the power plan on your desktop not the msi centre user scenario, i had a similar issue a few weeks back immediately after a microsoft update, my powerplan had been changed and the cpu ghz was stuck at 0.36, turns out the power being sent to the cpu had been reduced to iirc about 0.7 something volts, reset to ultimate performance in the power plan, increased voltage to cpu to 1.25 volts and fixed the issue

for the other users experiencing the missing gpu core clock and usage data, try turning off the mystic light game sync, turned mine off the other week and it seems to have cleared up the missing data

Greetings, if the problem is that MSI center changes my power plan from Maximum performance to balanced, I realized that it is the user scenario App because uninstalling it no longer changes my Windows power plan, but now the problem is what I control the speeds of my fans without having to go to the bios.

I see the old, MSI Centre stops seeing your motherboard, bug is back. That then means my MSI AIO see 0c from the CPU temperature sensor.....

New version 2.0.32.0 of the MSI Center resolves No Internet Connection issue for me, however introduces a new issue whereby the Registration page only displays my Motherboard (MAG X670E TOMAHAWK WIFI), but fails to detect/display my Graphics Card (Nvidia RTX 4080 SUPER 16G GAMING X TRIO). The graphics card is detected within Mystic Light (and ARGB settings work OK). I have even tried to completely uninstall/clean the previous version before installing this one - still the same issue.

Can someone please tell me why Mystic Light opens when I select User Scenario in version 2.0.32.0?
Have you tried this?
1. Uninstall MSI Center and MSI Center SDK
2. Restart
3. Delete all MSI Files under C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI\ & %programdata% as well as %appdata%.
4. Run CleanCenterMaster (from here: https://download.msi.com/uti_exe/nb/CleanCenterMaster.zip) - this will restart.
5. Run CMD as Admin => enter sfc /scannnow and let this complete.
6. Restart
7. Now install MSI Center via MS Store

Also if you have any other RGB software installed, like iCue etc, close them or set them to not auto start on windows boot.

That fixed the issue. Thanks for the help.

Can't see the SYS FAN RPM at FROZR AI Cooling in MSI Center 2.0.34.0 but CPU/GPU temp seems right.
Also I can see CPU FAN at Hardware Monitoring too.

Do I have to use Msi Center to get drivers now? BY GOD that apped sucked, it suggested everything I've tried to avoid the last 10 years!! No drivers in sight, and nowhere close to hwinfo64. This thing is a joke in comparison. I have had major issues with 20s lagg on log on with with the z790i Edge and drivers come out once a year. Even if its Intel faults its MSI responsibilty to put pressure on Intel. My pc is about 4k and frame pacing is terrible in UE4, pc goes nuclear even with a 150usd cooling solution and it lags, crashes ram stability varies from week to week. The core isolation and virtualization for security reasons is just a joke altogether performance wise. Ive heard its even worse on other brands but the sum of all these issues aren't helping on pc sales. I've been an advanced overclockers for 20years but this platform is just insane. It should be mandatory that the driver BOSS has to play PUBG or any hard to drive game once a week to make sure things work. It took 9 bios updated to get a somewhat decent native loadline. Are noone testing the advanced bios features anymore?

If all you want are drivers just go to the mb page and get them yourself. Personally I use the intel update assistant so it notifies me of anything they have updated, check my mb page for updates and the windows store updates msi center which I use primarily for mystic light since 3rd party software doesn't seem to work right with msi boards. I do bios updates from within the bios.

Hello, hope this is the correct place to post about CC_Engine_x64. Updated today to the current versions for MSI Center and Mystic Light. Noticed a memory leak occurring. Four hours ago the memory usage was at 9,876.3 MB. Restarted PC and after four hours the memory usage is at 1,304.7 MB and climbing. If need any logs, i will be happy to post. Thank you. Have a great day/night.
