2. Follow steps below

e. Re-install MSI Center from scratch again
  • How to install Dragon Center/Creator Center if I have already installed MSI Center?
Why do you want to do that? But if you insist on making the “wrong decision”,
    • 1. Follow the steps above to uninstall MSI Center and MSI Center SDK.
    • 2. Search for MSI Dragon Center/MSI Creator Center in Microsoft Store to install Dragon Center/Creator Center.
    • 3. Waiting for the installation to complete.
  • Why does Dragon Center ask to uninstall MSI Center SDK before installing?
    1620215129484.png
  • This is what you get for not liking MSI Center, but you can fix it by opening command prompt and type “reg delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\MSI” and enter “yes” after.
    Note.
Make sure no MSI Center registry key left in the specific path

Hi there,

I've recently tried to update MSI Center to version 1.0.24.0 and I couldn't load Mystic Light now (keeps loading infinitely).

I've tried to uninstall using the MSI Center Uninstaller Tool and reinstalled MSI Center again, twice. And it still does not load for me.

It was working previously on version 1.0.22.0. I've attached the logs generated from the MSI Collect Log Tool.

Can someone help (maybe @Pangolin )?

MSI Center + Mystic light is entirely busted. Half my system is now stuck in rainbow moded and looks terrible, AGAIN. This happened when I first acquired this motherboard in November of 2020 and it is now it happening again. Can we please get it together MSI? This is frustrating AF.

Uninstalled/reinstalled
Reinstalled via downloaded copy & via the windows store.

When its not timing out trying to load mystic light, its simply doing /nothing/ to update the lighting profile. This is probably the worst piece of software I've ever subjected myself to using.

I cleanly reinstalled Center, and then with Mystic light, the first attempt to install left it hanging. I completed closed out the app, and then upon restarting, I installed Mystic Light again, but this time I left Center running in the background. Checked about 30 minutes later and it was successfully installed. Closed out Center again, and upon restart it was running, and usable, too.

HTH

could this be causing my computer to instantly shut down? No BSOD, no warning, but a lot of events in the log including a problem with remindregister.exe.

I finally found the solution for several bugs that were happening in both Dragon Center and MSI Center, I want to share with you how to solve most of them.

1 – Install MSI Center or Dragon Center

2 – Run as administrator to install MSI SDK
1628474600032.png

3 – Open DC or MC

4 – Close and finish the executable in the System tray

5 – Open the task manager
End services related to DC or MC
Eg: MSI Services, MSI Mystic Light, Ledkeeperservice, Ledkeeper2, NahimicMonitor, MSI Central, MSI Detect, etc.
1628474636895.png

6 – Go to the folder where the DC or MC is installed Ex.: C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI\One Dragon Center Or C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI\MSI Center
1628474662655.png

7 – Open folders (one at a time) Nahimic Game Fan Tools ... Inside each folder there is an uninstaller, run them one at a time.

IMPORTANT: Do not uninstall those in the following folders:
Base Module

Data
My Device
Pack
Support
Lib
Device
Log

Mystic_Light

8 – When uninstalling everything, open the Windows search window and look for the application you use: DC or MC When you find it, click on the arrow to the side and look for “more”. In the side window look for the option: Application configuration.

9 – In the application configuration window, look for the option to Kill and click
1628474833999.png

10 – Look for the "restore" option and click and confirm.
1628474850727.png

11 - Close the window

12 – Look for the DC or MC icon, right click and run as Administrator Wait to load modules and finish.

These steps solved my problems and I eliminated several useless programs that were running in the background and all errors were fixed.

What are the problems?? :ROFLMAO:

What are the problems?? :ROFLMAO:
The LEDs did not turn off in version 112 of the dragon center, because the monitor did not activate sleep mode, sometimes the computer could not go into standby mode or when it went in, exit and could not activate the stand by, in addition to problems with error messages of WMI.

Finally, remove a bunch of garbage that was running in the background.

Did you use openRGB or other?

download the collect tool here, generate log file and post it here. By the way, don't think Mystic Light support your board! Stick to MSI Center and install Mystic Light as a feature.
How could not it support me MB, if i played with RGBs for about 2-3 months since i've bought it. Both jRGBs connectors was working and MB's own lights were shining, but now, darkness((( Btw, i have MSI Center and ML, but my lights are just fully dead.
Here is a log.

your baseboard information is correct so indeed the LED FW is cooked somehow.
Can you try short the JT1 pin and see if FW update tool can detect your firmware again?
