e. Re-install MSI Center from scratch again
  • How to install Dragon Center/Creator Center if I have already installed MSI Center?
Why do you want to do that? But if you insist on making the “wrong decision”,
    • 1. Follow the steps above to uninstall MSI Center and MSI Center SDK.
    • 2. Search for MSI Dragon Center/MSI Creator Center in Microsoft Store to install Dragon Center/Creator Center.
    • 3. Waiting for the installation to complete.
  • Why does Dragon Center ask to uninstall MSI Center SDK before installing?

  • This is what you get for not liking MSI Center, but you can fix it by opening command prompt and type “reg delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\MSI” and enter “yes” after.
    Note.
Make sure no MSI Center registry key left in the specific path

Just built a new PC, paired the z590 gaming carbon wifi with the intel i9-11900k. IO shield mystic light never has worked. MSI center and mystic light are trash. I have the cooler master CPU cooler that is verified compatible with mystic light. All RGB was working until I got into the windows environment and destroyed myself by downloading the software. I recommend not downloading anything to control the RGB colors on the fans, as none of mine work now. case is the MSI 111m.....psu is msi 850w.....if you guys cant get a mediocre feature such as color LEDs to work properly then it makes me wonder what else you fail at....i love msi and recommend them to everyone.

called msi and they confirmed I am able to use the JRGB and JRAINBOW2 headers at the same time. Upon shorting JBAT1 to reset bios settings it appeared that the IO shield LEDs came on for 1second but have never powered on again. MSI, please fix the BIOS and software issue. Because all of my RGB worked fine when I booted my new system for the very first time. It is only after flashing bios to newest version and installing MSI center and mystic light that I am having problems. I will just wait for an update.......

I'm getting pretty fed up having to reinstall your stupid program almost everyday to get my rgb semi functional and for it to keep my overclocks, like what the f is this, my z490 didn't have this problem, but the z590 is plagued with issues with your bloat center................

Now we have Version 1.0.270 and still MSI Center dosnt work probably..

Is it possible that you fix all the think without funktion with Mystic Light in nex versions?

Mystic Light working fine in Dragon Center and as it change to MSI Center the most Mystic Light compatible Hardware now dont work.
MSI X470 Gaming M7 AC dont work with ML.. from change to Dragon Center to MSI Center Mystic Light stop detect the board.
GSkil KM780RGB still dont work.. same as MSI Board.

Im just waiting for an MSI center/Mystic Light and BIOS update at this point. It sucks knowing something on your board isnt working properly, MSI save us

Motherboard: MSI MAG B460M Mortar WIFI, (7C82)
Ram: 16GB Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4-2666 Dual Kit (Supportet MSI Mystic Light)

Software istalled: MSI Center + Mystic Light and ICUE Corsair (Software SDK and Plugin? - ON)
MSI center can´t detect it - WHY?

I have a MSI MEG X570 Godlike, Windows 10.

BIOS is 1.E0 released on 6/22/21.

Installed MSI Center Version 1.0.27.0 and the Mystic Light Version 2.0.0.22 feature set. Nothing happens when I click "Open" for Mystic Light. I created a log using the "MSI Collect Log" tool from this thread.

Any suggestions appreciated, thanks!

Since I have upgraded to Windows 11, the User Scenario no longer works properly. Extreme performance makes no difference and does not switch any power profile in Windows. This also affected gaming mode, since nothing changes in the power settings anymore when launching a game.

That's what happens to Lab Mice for testing early release of an OS :) I will wait a year or so before I get Win11. All manufacturers need to improve their software and drivers for Win11, including M$ itself.

got a Z590 TOMAHAWK and it keeps going to default rainbow rgb for a few second then switches back to my regular setup, it's really annoying anyone else experiencing this and is there a fix for it?
Same issue here on Z590 Tomahawk WiFi. Arctic liquid freezer II 360 ARGB and DeepCool CF120 Plus (both Mystic Light compatible) blinks randomly. Tried to reinstal windows, MSI Center and Mystic Light. Nothing help. Latest BIOS doesn't help.

I can't believe no one has mentioned/bought up how WMI gets Spammed with errors after installing Dragon Centre. This is the One thing that puts me off using it. It causes constant background usage meaning processors never really enters an idle state.

I've not downloaded Dragon Center and after reading here, I won't be bothering. I did however download MSI Center, but to be honest, it just doesn't do very much, so I've now uninstalled it. I figure the less I muck about with my rig, it's less inclined to be problematic and as things stand, my own rig is working very well.

Known Issue: Motherboard does not show in Mystic Light after MSI Center upgrade (Mystic Light version v2.0.0.20) - 2021/08/12
Workaround:
1. Download LEDKeeper2.exe from here
2. Open Task Manager -> Details -> LEDKeeper2.exe, right click it and select "End Task"
3. Replace original LEDKeeper2.exe at C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI\MSI Center\Mystic Light by the downloaded one
4. Restart computer and Mystic Light will detect your motherboard again

Solution: MSI Center 1.0.27.0 (Release date: 2021/8/30 - 31)
The problem affects some of earlier motherboard, If you do not see a problem, DO NOT replace LEDKeeper2.exe file.

Does this also help, when Mystic Light doesnt detect my keyboard?

Thanks
