At first, I got disappointed that I only can have little control over the keyboard RGB and front light AURORA.

But just before I found out that actually there is some hidden(?) way to have full configuration control over the both.

I want to share this information with everyone in this forum.

I'm using GE66 10SFS (the Best Buy version), and please remember to update all your MSI apps through Dragon Center to have the latest version of SteelSeries Engine installed.

When you open the SteelSeries Engine app, you can see two 'Configuration' boxes at rightmost.

There you can have just some control over MSI AURORA (front light) and MSI RGB KEYBOARD (keyboard backlit).

But that's not everything. You can also click the banner itself at middle.

For example, if you click the MSI PER KEY RGB KEYBOARD banner, you'll see this window pops up.

Maybe this is the very one you wanted to have. It allows you to have almost full control over it.

If you prefer static backlit as I do, then you can go for 'Plain - Steady'. In my case I just assigned green color onto power button to emphasize it.

Also you can click MSI AURORA banner too. It'll give you another window for almost full configuration about front light setting.

I hope this post will help many MSI users. Have a good day, and enjoy your MSI !!

:D

Does exist the possibility to make my lights change (automatically) according to day hours? For example, in the morning from 9 to 11 use a stady light , then at night change to ''breathing'' one.

Thanks in advance.

About your question, I have no idea. I'm actually not yet so good at customizing this SteelSeries keyboard.

I recommend you to contact with their customer service for your inquiry; or hopefully others could reply to your post. :D

I think it's not possible on the current SSE, but you can still raise a request to MSI serivce team.
